Best pre workout meal

Don’t judge me guys, I’m not wearing shorts in this crazy weather! Nah I might be danish, but I’m not that crazy lmao 😀 This photo is from the summer months, where we had a few good days with tons of sun and no wind .. Oh I could really use some sun right now, sitting on my balcony enjoying the summer and just relaxing. Before every workout, when I have the time for it and of course, when I remember it, I like a little pre workout meal and that is some dark bread with corn on the side, but before I eat it, I like to put it in the oven for 20-30 minutes so that it gets all crispy, mm yummy! You can actually buy it in some grocery stores as well, but I prefer to heat it myself – I think that it taste so much better 🙂 Maybe it’s just me being a bit weird, but I just think that the oven baked crispy bread that you buy in the stores, taste so weird and different then when you buy the bread at the grocery store and its all soft or whatever you would say. But I guess that they put something different in the crispy bread, then they do in the original danish dark bread. That oven baked bread and a bottle of water is just what I need to kickstart my entire workout and that is literally no matter what kind of workout I have in front of me.
